We do this podcast because of our passion for the moving image and experimental film. For me this is a modern day fanzine as we only interview people whose work we love. We also believe in giving people the chance to hear directly from our contributors, not everyone has the opportunity to attend festival Q&A sessions or meet artists who they find interesting. A significant part of the project is to capture the thoughts and ideas of a mix of people at a certain stage in their career, hopefully in time we will build up a good archive of interviews that people can tap into and learn from in the future. We have set up a Patreon page to allow you to offer us some financial support. We haven't done this because we think the podcast should generate income, but because although we have a DIY approach to producing content, it does come at a price. Your donation will help in a number of ways, from allowing us to get extra storage on our SoundCloud page, pay for the travel costs to go out and talk to people, a little bit of publicity to help share the word of what we do and contribute towards the kit we need to record, edit and upload. Of course the most important thing is that we can continue to give moving image artists a platform to discuss their work.
